Being overstuffed after an exceptional meal isn’t necessarily a warning sign. Instead people with binge eating disorder typically have several characteristics:
Feel out of control when eating
Eating large quantities of food briskly
A person is a binge eater if he or she can eat more than the normal amount of food consumed by an average person.
Eat very fast
The binge eater usually does not care how the food may taste already but is more focused on filling his or her stomach with food and satisfying his or her food cravings.
Eat until they feel uncomfortable
